香港短片集計劃第二波，這回找來四地四位導演共襄盛舉：泰國的金棕櫚獎得主阿比查邦，菲律賓的得獎專家曼多薩，馬來西亞新銳何宇恆，以及香港的關錦鵬，各自從不同文化背景的眼光與作者風格，觀察他們眼中的東方之珠，還有香港金獎影后惠英紅、葉童、葉山豪等人的客串演出。同場加映吳彥祖主演、去年因故未映的《香港四重奏》之〈赤地〉，讓影迷完整補齊。
