魏德松因為小時候貧困的環境，養成他愛物惜福的觀念。他回收廚餘經過處理，拿去餵流浪狗；又在路上收撿廢棄物、玻璃瓶罐，加工變成藝術品。本片用影像描繪魏先生疼惜大自然的生活哲學以及愛物惜物的資源再分配觀念，他是拾荒者，是藝術家，更是愛護流浪動物的善心人。他的勞動裡面有環保，有惜物，有對大地、生物的大愛胸襟。
Wei De-Song developed a cherishing attitude towards everyday objects because of his humble background. He recycles for others and feeds stray dogs.
